Qi Gong | Element Metal - Autumn
23 min
Level: easy
Qi Gong practice for autumn and the element metal. This sequence is part of the Qi Gong for five elements. The metal practice is for your lungs and large intestine. Pay special attention to your feet and knees, our foundation, being grateful for their support. The quality of our stance comes from our foundation. The alignment of your feet and knees will directly affect the quality of the energy flowing through your body. The metal element is associated with our ability to create and recognize structures. Clear structures help the "metal-element-human" to feel and enjoy freedom. Through clear, structured thinking, we recognize that boundaries are often self-created constructs. The skin as our boundary between the inner and outer world can also react with symptoms such as dryness, blemishes, acne, eczema, boils and purulent rashes. A healthy approach to one's own boundaries and the boundaries of others marks a harmonious metal element, gives freedom, provides air for breathing and thus enables the Qi intake and energy absorption. Find a quiet place for you to do 25 minutes of chi gong, ideally barefoot for better connection with the earth. Do this as often as you wish. Centering yourself and gathering your energy. Think of everything your body needs for a good day and a good week. Warmth, Love, Energy, Positivism, Gratitude. Visualize and stroke it softly into your body. We wish you a very peaceful day!
