Intermediate Warm Up is a low to mid impact full body warm up that allows you to moderate the intensity to your needs. In 15 minutes you will warm up, stretch and mobilise the whole body for your own training. You can adapt range of motion (make the movement bigger or smaller) or velocity (move faster or slower) to increase or decrease the intensity of this warm up.
