Advanced Warm Up is a progressive low to high impact full body warm up with some challenging plank and jump exercises. Get your body to workout temperature with this 15 minutes start. This workout can either be used as a warm up to your workout or favourite sport, or as a stand alone quick workout when you don't have much time or simply need to warm up your body for a stretching session.
