This 15 minute HIIT workout is completely equipment free and can be done anywhere. There are 5 moves that are repeated in 3 sets. Each move is performed for 45 seconds, with a short 15 second rest period in between each move. Before starting this workout, get a quick warm-up in with some light stretching. Here are the moves: 1. Curtsy Lunge/Air Squat 2. Shoulder Tap Plank Jack 3. Crab Toe Touch 4. Creeper Crawl Push-Up 5. Split Jump Lunge Finish with a cool down and stretch.
