This workout is a Full Body HIIT routine that combines strength & cardio moves to spike your heart rate and torch fat in 30 minutes.
It's full of total body strength exercises to help you tone up and cardio moves perfect for fat burning.
This routine is specifically designed for busy women looking for a full body workout they can do at home with minimal equipment. It will rock your legs, arms, booty and core and everything in between.
All you need is a moderately heavy set of dumbbells, your exercise mat and 30 minutes to get your sweat on and this Full Body HIIT workout done.
The workout is broken up into 3 Rounds. You will complete a circuit of 8 strength exercises. Working for 40 seconds then resting for 20 seconds with a 1 minute rest between rounds.
There will be beeps throughout the workout to signify the start and finish of each interval as well as beeps to indicate your rest time between movements.
