Nice Set of Buns - Legs and Abs Workout

For this workout we will be focusing on legs and abs. We are going to do 20 reps of 5 exercises back to back, we are going to go through the circuit 4 times. We have to finish the workout as fast as possible. So set a chronometer to keep track of your time, try to keep up and compete with me!! It took me 9’32” to finish.
