Welcome to my first Tream workout. I hope you all join me in this and love the workout.
Today we have a full body workout is going to be 16minutes long. We are going to do
40 sec exercise
10 sec rest
And repeat the circuit 4 times. There is no resting between rounds.
Do as many reps as possible on those 40 seconds, push yourself because the idea is to make it intense.
