I am sharing this back pain yoga flow to make your life a little better, especially in those second and third trimesters. This safe prenatal yoga class that will help you relieve back pain and release back body tension. You will carefully warm up & stretch your spine, release psoas muscle and front hip tension, stretch quadriceps & outer hips. This routine is completely safe for pregnant women, but as always, you must consult your doctor or midwife & practice with your own judgement and modify or skip where appropriate. Anything that you think will not feel good, skip. We all have different level of fitness and our pregnancies run differently. Same pose may feel differently to each and one of us.
