Awesome workout! I think the burpee pushups/jumps were the easiest & the dive bombers were the hardest (I'm not sure what the correct form is, but I was doing a sort of down dog - plank - chaturunga type move). Also the core exercise I definitely feel in my arms but not in my core - pretty sure my form was wrong on those too. It's hard to switch from yoga to HIIT - suddenly the alignments are all different!! Lol
