► Every week will bring new exercises for toning your whole body. Do each week’s workout 3 times in your week. If you can, more often, It’s only 10 minutes. Challenge yourself to find 10 minutes somewhere in your day.
We get a nice start here with a good mix of full body exercises:
► Walk forward to Plank - on your hands
► Tipping forward Standing into Warrior 3
► Bouncing in Wide Squat
► Dead Bugs (you will need a towel, carpet or mat)
► Push Ups
► Clam Shells
► Dynamic Hamstring Stretch
► Static Quadriceps and Hip Flexor Stretch Standing
