Sun Salutations are a great and fluid way to activate and stretch your front- and back line. The fluidity of the movements allows you to explore the exercises and stretches as you go along. The Yoga Sun Salutation asanas both tone and stretch the front and the back of your body.
We will go through all classic Yoga Sun Salutation poses:
- Forward fold
- Low lunge
- Downward Facing Dog
- Cobra or Upward Facing Dog to your liking
- Standing Backbends
